Chamber Tours Samuel Manu-Tech
For the first time, Samuel Manu-Tech opened the doors to its new, state-of-the-art manufacturing plant to the general public. The tour with community leaders was part of a Chamber of Commerce-led tour of industrial sites and buildings.

Virtual Center a Reality
On the heels of an announcement of a $200,000 state grant, Boeing revealed plans for a new real-time visualization and 3-D modeling system to be called the Virtual Manufacturing Center. The VMC promises to revolutionize the Boeing-Heath operations at COATC and is viewed as a aerospace product development mecca for hundreds of Boeing suppliers in Ohio and the Midwest.
