Virtual Tours
Take a virtual tour of the Port Authority's available land on the COATC Campus.

Virtual Tour: Northern Site
Tour the northern-most 54 acre site on the COATC South Campus. This site has rail access, including shared use of two existing rail spurs, and is nearest access to the amenities of the Base Campus.

Tour the southern-most 20 acre site of the available land on the COATC South Campus. This shovel-ready site is fully-served and has rail access.

Available Buildings
The COATC Base Campus is 99% leased out. However, there are three building spaces available for lease.

500 s.f. Office Building [PDF]
Details on Suite 2 of the Port Authority office building. This space offers one office and a large reception area with a private, covered entrance. It is part of a multi-tenant building. It is available for immediate occupancy.

1,750 s.f. Office/Manufacturing [PDF]
This stand-alone building has 1,475 s.f. of open floor space with a drive-in door and 14' ceiling heights. The building also enjoys a 275 s.f. office section with air conditioning. The building has housed a building products manufacturer, a online sales retailer, and a t-shirt silk screening operation in the past three years.

1,800 s.f. Industrial Building [PDF]
Details on Building 3, formerly occupied by the Port Authority as a satellite maintenance shop facility. The building has a 600 s.f. office area and a drive-in bay suitable for warehouse, manufacturing floor space, or as a service bay.
